    SMALL-TOWN HOLIDAY CHARM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

    EVERY YEAR, ON THANKSGIVING WEEKEND, THE COMMUNITY OF PRINCETON TRANSFORMS INTO A WINTERY WONDERLAND DURING IT’S LONG-RUNNING “CHRISTMAS IN PRINCETON THANKSGIVING WEEKEND” CELEBRATION. THE SHOPS ARE DECKED, THE STREETS TWINKLE, AND MERRIMENT IS SHARED BY ALL.  PLEASE NOTE SOME EVENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED FOR 2020, SEE BELOW
    SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
    FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29

    All Day: Festive shopping and dining at Princeton’s local shops and restaurants

    9:00 am – 4:00 pm: Hunting Studio Glass Open House, live glass blowing demos, glass art, and gifts, W5257 Oak Tree Lane

    1:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Holiday crafts for kids of all ages and a family matinee. Also, enjoy extended library hours. Princeton Public Library

    1:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Festival of Trees & Bake Sale, Community Hall in City Park
    3:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Pictures with Santa, Historical Society
    4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Cookie Decorating, Detjen’s Piggly Wiggly
    4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: “Build your own hot chocolate”  TO GO, American Family Insurance
    6:00 pm:  CANCELLED….“Lights on Water Street” Electrical Parade. Theme: Favorite Christmas Song
    6:30 pm: Tree Lighting, caroling, complimentary hot chocolate & cookies, City Parking Lot

    Coloma Christmas Parade

    NOVEMBER 28TH, 2020 at 5pm.

    This is a free event to the community. Social distancing will be taking place and all folks attending are encouraged to practice safe techniques in accordance with the state mandates. We will have a Santa available under the gazebo, behind the Coloma Hotel. Please note due to the virus, photos will be available however socially distanced with Santa behind and children in front on a chair. Previous years we had indoor activities, however due to COVID 19 those will be cancelled but the parade will go on. The route will run down South Front street starting at state road 21, headed South toward the park. If you should have any questions please contact me directly at the flower shop 715-782-9033.
