Join Jenni Borell, E-RYT, a certified integrative yoga for seniors instructor and certified essential low back program instructor, to release tension, increase range of motion and energize through this slow-paced, therapeutically-oriented class. This class is suited for all ages and abilities.

“Gentle Yoga” is scheduled from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays, May 1 to 22 in the RMC Wellness Center, 845 Parkside Street, Ripon. Individuals should bring a yoga mat and throw blanket to each class.

May Business After Five Join us on Tuesday, May 16th, for our monthly Business After Five at Chiropractic Adjustments and OILicians beginning at 5:00pm. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about what they do, see their store front, and network with your Chamber friends. This is also a great chance to bring a business guest who isn’t currently a member but may be thinking about joining the Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce. This BA5 will be held at their office which is located at 407 W Main St, Wautoma, WI 54982. Heavy Hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages will be available for guests. Stretching is an important part of an older adult’s flexibility, and helps to offset the effects of normal decline in the flexibility of joints so individuals can remain active and independent.

Join Natasha Novak, fitness instructor, for a stretching program that incorporates breathing exercises and good posture to relax the body and relieve tension.

“Stretch & Balance for Older Adults” is scheduled for Wednesdays, May 3 to 24 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the RMC Wellness Center, 845 Parkside Street, Ripon.

Support the Green Lake School District’s school lunch program by stopping by for a delicious brat fry lunch!  Delivery or carry-out available from the North side of the school.  Hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, and garden burgers available served with chips and a soda or water for $4.20.
