Marathon County Historical Society presents Vintage Game Night

    17:00 -21:00
    November 16, 2023
Event Name:Marathon County Historical Society presents Vintage Game Night
Event Location:Woodson History Center 410 Mcindoe Street Wausau WI 54403
    Event Date:11.16.2023
    Start & End Time:5:00-9:00 pm
Event Details:The Marathon County Historical Society has a new batch of Vintage Game Night dates this Fall.

Our game night is the third Thursday of each month from 5-9 pm at the Woodson History Center (410 Mcindoe St. Wausau). We have 100’s of vintage games (past and present) that we put out and people can come and go as they please. We are introducing theme nights. Upcoming dates include September 21st, October 19th, November 16th and December 21st. September is pajama night. October is “All is Fall” and guests are encouraged to dress in costume. November is role-playing game night with D&D, Magic the Gathering and other games. December is vintage video game night again sponsored by the WI Computer Club and Evercon. We still pull our vintage board/card games so people have that option too.

We are always looking for volunteers to help with game night. They can earn volunteer hours just by playing games, helping with set-up and take down and making guests feel welcome and included. Please let Sheryl Del Conte know if you are interested in getting involved (sdelconte@marathoncountyhistory.org or 715-842-5750).
