Thrasher is a donation site for Green Lake Food Pantry
Green Lake, Wis. (November 22, 2022) Every month, the Green Lake County Food Pantry provides
emergency assistance to hundreds of families and individuals in need, which means that the shelves
need replenishing continually. We are encouraging our friends and neighbors to bring a donation of nonperishable food items or a cash donation to the annex/lobby. Your generosity will help make the
holidays brighter for area families in need.
And while you’re in our lobby, take a moment to look at the beautiful art currently on display or visit our
Harvest of Bargains Shop, an excellent spot for recycled, restored, and repurposed items – all decked
out for the holidays!
Annex/Lobby is open M-F, 10 am-4 pm. Call our office for more details/questions @ 920.294.4279.

Thrasher is a drop-off site for Adopt-A-Teen Tree
Green Lake, Wis. (November 22, 2022) Thrasher Opera House is pleased to offer an accessible drop-off site for the Adopt-A-Teen Tree. Christmas is supposed to be a joyful time…but for some families, it’s a time of stress and uncertainty. Thrasher is uniting with The Boys and Girls Club of the Tri-County area to collect gifts for teens in need this season. Stop in our lobby to view our “Teen Tree” full of gift ideas. Please choose your gift idea ornament, purchase the gift, and bring it back to the Thrasher before Monday, December 12th. New, unwrapped gifts, please. Thrasher Opera House’s Development Director, Katie Menting, said, “We are honored to be collaborating with the Boys and Girls Club on the Teen Tree again this season. Last year, we were able to provide gifts to area teens! I know teens are often difficult to shop for – but their wish lists make it super easy.”
