The Berlin VFW Smelt Fry will be held on April 2, 2019. They will be serving smelt and potato salad from 4:30 pm until out. The event will be located at N. Wisconsin and Memorial Drive in Berlin.

Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day, a family fun and resource fair held in Waushara County each April during Child Abuse Prevention month. Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at Parkside School in Wautoma.
Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day attracts nearly 1000 parents, grandparents and children who learn and practice safety skills, discover area resources and enjoy a morning of free family focused fun. It is the largest free family event offered in Waushara County. Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day is a past Beyond the Blue Ribbon Award recipient, and has been recognized by the Children’s Trust Fund, Child Abuse Prevention Fund and Prevent Child Abuse Wisconsin.
The Wautoma Kiwanis Autism Fun Run/Walk will be held Saturday, April 6th, 2019.
Help the Wautoma Kiwanis generate awareness and fundraise for iPads and apps to distribute to local students on the autism spectrum. Following Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day, the Autism Run/Walk will kick off at 1:00pm for the 1 Mile run/walk and 2:00pm for the 5k fun run/walk. The Kiwanis will have hot and cold food/beverages and raffle baskets for purchase. The St. Catherine of Siena Chicken Dinner will be held on Saturday, April 6th, with dinner served from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
In addition to a meal of baked chicken, dressing, potatoes, gravy, and all the trimmings, there will also be entertainment, games, a raffle, and a silent auction! The dinner will be held at the Parish Hall & Activity Center, located at 218 Blossom Street in Ripon.

The Rockin’ Oldies Party, hosted by Unimaginable Hope-Moments of Kindness, will be held Saturday, April 6th from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm at City Inn. Prizes will be awarded for best-dressed 50s, & 60s, and there will also be Malt shop favorites, hot beef, hot dogs, pizza, a 50/50 cash raffle, basket raffles, a cash bar, and prize raffles! City Inn is located at 689 Broadway Street in Berlin.
