The plunge registration starts at 12:00pm on Sunday, February 24th at Silvercryst Supper Club and Resort. An ice demonstration will take place at 12:30pm followed by the plunge, a delicious meal, and raffle drawings. Enter for a chance to win several huge prizes that you don’t have to be present for. Tickets are $5.00 each or 6 for $20 and you can contact any fire department member to purchase.
The Community Blood Center will host a blood drive on Monday, February 25th at the WWII Memorial Building from 10:00am-4:00pm. The historic Peniel Welsh Chapel Association invites all to attend a wonderful benefit Dinner Concert & Auction on Thursday February 28, at 5:30pm at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale. The dinner concert will feature vocal & instrumental -classical, jazz, Celtic and Hymns performed by Peniel Musicians and other Wisconsin talent. A pie, dessert and art auction will follow. A fundraiser benefit for The Justin & Abby Lewis Family will be held Saturday, March 2nd at Brantley’s Bowlerama – located at W1802 CO. Rd. A & Hwy 23, Green Lake. The entry fee is $25 ($15 given to family & $10 for the prize fee) The event will include a silent auction, raffle prizes, family bowling from noon until 3:00 pm, and a singles 8 pin tap tourney from 4:00 pm & 6:30pm, if needed.
