Valentine’s Farmer’s Table Beer & Wine Pairing Dinner
    Vines & Rushes Winery
    Sunday, February 20th, 5:00 pm
Vines & Rushes is pairing up with the upcoming new downtown Ripon restaurant Fox & Crow Bistro! Vines & Rushes Chef Dan Solberg and Fox & Crow chefs Patrick Isajiw & Joe Hauer have created a delicious five-course menu. Join us for this chef collaboration in locally sourced cuisine.
Our Chef Dan Solberg from Stack Farm & Food Co. prepares an exceptional five-course menu paired with Vines & Rushes Winery wines or Knuth Brewing Company craft beer. Our chef and winemaker put a lot of thought in to each course and explaining each pairing. Stack Farm & Food Co. supports small, local and neighboring farms, including their own, by thoughtfully sourcing their ingredients from these local Wisconsin growers and producers. This will be another fantastic evening at the winery!

Ripon College Hosting the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Track Championship

    All day
    February 25, 2022
We recently received the following message from Ripon College Athletic Director Ryan Kane pertaining to the weekend of February 25 & 26.
Ripon College is hosting the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Track Championship (16 teams all from WI and IL). Additionally, our women’s team has the inside track on hosting the MWC Women’s Basketball tournament as well. The men’s basketball team is currently tied for first place with two games to play and have a chance to host as well. If we end up hosting one or even two of them along with the track championship it will mean quite a bit of foot traffic to our campus
