The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin online Community Grants application process for the Fall Cycle is now open. The online application can be found at www.cfcwi.org/community-grants.

The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin offers two competitive grant cycles annually to support programs and projects in Portage and Waushara counties and align with our Mission Areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Helping People, and Wellness.

Grant applications are available through July 31, 2021. Awards are announced in mid-September. Application information and requirements can be found online at www.cfcwi.org/community-grants.
