Please join us for the 2nd Annual “Forget-Me-Not” at Ford’s Gathering Place, 609 W. Water St., Princeton to benefit the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin on Saturday, April 25 from 12:00 pm -3:00 pm. The Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin is a nonprofit organization that is specifically designed to provide a link to resources for people with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias. We are also deeply concerned with providing support, education & resources to those who care for persons with dementia. Our mission is to help caregivers take care of themselves as well as provide a quality life for the person with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. ALL proceeds raised at this event will support local Dementia Education Program & Memory Café’s! To make this event a huge success, we are seeking donations from generous folks like yourself by April 6. Our wish list:-Themed Gift Baskets or merchandise for the silent auction -Items for the paddle raffle: bottles of booze/wine, clothing item, gift certificates, etc. -Sponsorship of various types of commercially made food such as: potato chips, dips,cheese/sausage platters, crackers, cookies or cupcakes. -Monetary gift to purchase needed supplies - Autographed merchandise, tickets to sporting events or items of higher value.
