    Wild Rose Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast

    Sunday, February 12th from 9:30am-noon.

    This breakfast will be held at the Lion’s Building in Wild Rose and will be $8 for adults, $5 for students, and free for 5 and under.

    The menu will include pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages, coffee, tea, juice, and milk.

    Figure Drawing - 6 Week Class

    Starting January 24 & going for 6 weeks on Tuesdays, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Town Square in Green Lake

    $50 ($10 drop in)

    Artists: Hone your drawing skills in this six-week session focused on drawing from a live model. The class will occur weekly on Tuesday nights. Work uninstructed, in the medium of your choice. Each class will include several short poses, a couple of medium poses and one long pose. Provide your own drawing materials. You must be at least 18 to take this class.

    RMC Auxiliary hosts second annual flower sale

    The Ripon Medical Center Auxiliary is sponsoring its second annual flower sale to help raise money to support Ripon Medical Center programs and student scholarships.

    Order forms feature a variety of hanging baskets from Bloch’s Farm (Green Lake) and are available at the Ripon Medical Center information desk and gift shop, or by visiting agnesian.com/volunteers.

    Completed forms, along with a check for payment, can be dropped off at – or mailed to – the Ripon Medical Center gift shop (845 Parkside Street, Ripon).

    The deadline for placing an order is March 15, 2017. Flowers will be ready for pick up at Bloch’s Farm from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, May 5, and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 6.

    Green Lake Bird and Nature Club Meeting

    The meetings of the Green Lake Bird and Nature Club are open to the public, and anyone is welcome to attend. We typically start at 6 PM, and the meeting with a presentation usually lasts about two hours. The club will also have periodic field trips throughout the year, and hold an annual bird festival on the last Saturday of April.     1st Ride & Glide Event in Coloma

    Held on Saturday, February 18th at the Coloma Community Park at 10am.

    There will be cross country ski race/tour, 12pm children’s race on the ball diamond, and at 1:30pm there will be a fat tire bike race.

    It will be $20 per participant per event and $10 for children.

    Registration includes a bottomless bowl of chili in the heated park pavilion. This is sponsored by the Coloma Pathfinders.
