    Winneconne Masonic Lodge #186 Food Drive

    The Winneconne Masonic Lodge #186 is sponsoring a Food Drive during

    the week of September 17 – 24 to assist the Winneconne Food Pantry.  More than 50 Winneconne and Butte des Morts retailers and employers have agreed to either be a drop off site or conduct employee food drives.  The Winneconne Food Pantry needs non-perishable food items that are not past there freshness date as well as hygiene and cleaning supplies.  Phone number is 920.706.0202.   List of businesses participating is on the village of Winneconne Facebook page.

    24th Annual Lewis Drobnick Memorial Fox Trot

    This annual walk/run challenges walkers & runners of all ages while enjoying a scenic tour of Omro. Registration begins at 7am (1-mile race starts @ 8a & 5K @8:30a). Participants can choose between a 5K or 1 mile run/walk.  Free t-shirt, fruit & beverages will be given to all participants.  Award ceremony follows the races.

    Saturday, September 17th, FVTC Home Alone Baby Sitting Safety Class. In this class, you will learn how to deal with crying, tantrums, and bedtime issues, how to provide a safe environment, handling first aid emergencies, and infant/child CPR and choking will be taught. This class will be held at Wild Rose Hospital from 8am-4pm for ages 10 and older and will cost $34.87. To register, call 920-787-3319.
