Bond Conditions Modified For Ripon Teen Suspected Of Creating Hit List
7 January 2020 News
Fond du Lac County Judge Richard Nuss yesterday allowed bond conditions to be modified for the Ripon teen suspected of making a threat to kill 17 students and a teacher at the Ripon High School. Bond conditions for 18-year-old Lillian Cavell essentially remained the same, but the judge made allowances for her to attend an expulsion hearing at the Ripon High School. The School Board had scheduled a special meeting for last night. Otherwise she is not allowed to make contact with the 17 students and a teacher on the alleged hit list and have no contact with the high school or attend high school events. She also is not allowed to possess dangerous weapons, firearms, and ammunition. A preliminary hearing is scheduled in her court case for Friday, January 17th.
