Ripon Man Facing New Charges For Allegedly Dealing Drugs

The 21-year-old Ripon man facing drug dealing charges for the second time in less than a year is out on bond. Owen Nordvold was arrested last Friday and posted a $500 cash bond during his initial hearing in Fond du Lac County court Monday morning. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 7th. Charges stem from an investigation and execution of a search warrant at his residence at 503 ½ Eureka Street. He was previously convicted of a drug charge last March and sentenced to six months in jail.

A convicted Ripon drug dealer is facing new charges. According to the criminal complaint Ripon Police were tipped that 21-year-old Owen Nordvold was selling drugs again out of his residence. Nordvold was convicted last March of marijuana trafficking and sentenced to six months in jail. Another charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place was read into the record and dismissed. A recent investigation has led to new charges including maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of marijuana second offense, and drug paraphernalia possession. Investigators were able to gather information that led to a search warrant.  It was executed at 503 ½ Eureka Street on October 3rd and led to seizure of narcotic pills, Narcan, marijuana, heroin, drug paraphernalia and more. Norvold was arrested last Friday. He was scheduled for an initial court appearance Monday morning in Fond du Lac County court.
