Ripon Police Warn Of Scam

Ripon Police are warning residents about a scam. Someone has been calling residents supposedly collecting money for a police department fundraiser. The department doesn’t solicit over the telephone. Those who would like to donate to department programs like National Night Out, the K9 unit, Christmas Shop with Emergency Personnel, Anti-Crime Education and other efforts should contact the Ripon Police Department directly.
