Bids Being Taken For Smith Elementary School In Oshkosh

The Oshkosh School Board is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of the former Smith Elementary School located at 1745 Oregon Street in Oshkosh. The property includes a 32,690 square foot building and 2.32 acres of land. The asking price is $649,000, however, all reasonable offers will be considered. Sealed bids will be received through Tuesday, October 22nd at 4pm. The board will hold a bid opening the following day and will approve the sale of the property at their Wednesday, November 6th meeting.
