Two Charged For Pedestrian Death Near Waupaca Airport

Two people have been charged in connection with the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian near the Waupaca Airport on September 15th. Forty-nine-year-old Jacqueline Johnson was killed while she was walking on U.S. Highway 10 in Waupaca County. Thirty-four-year-old Felicia Lubin of Evans, Colorado and 54-year-old Marcos Tomas of Clermont, Florida are both charged with hit-and-run involving death. Tomas faces an additional charge of knowingly operating without a valid driver’s license causing death. Lubin is in jail in another state while authorities are still trying to find Tomas. Court dates haven’t been set yet.
