Fire Destroys Detached Garage In NFDL

Fire destroyed a detached garage in North Fond du Lac late Thursday night. When firefighters arrived at 628 Indiana Avenue just before midnight the garage was fully engulfed in flames. The fire was quickly extinguished, but the garage was a total loss. North Fond du Lac Fire and Police, and Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies remained on the scene for about five hours. No injuries were reported. Fire departments from Fond du Lac and Van Dyne provided mutual aid.
