Tuesday, September 17 | 6 P.M. | Social Deduction Games – Adult Game Night (Ages 16+)
Get your game face on and enjoy modern board games at the library! This month, we are featuring One Night Ultimate Werewolf, a social deduction game where players take on the roles of villagers and other special characters who must determine who among them is a werewolf. The Resistance, Bang!, Deception, Salem, Not Alone, and Secret Hitler will also be available to play. Bring your favorite social deduction games to share.
What are social deduction games? According to BoardGameGeek, “Deduction games are those that require players to form conclusions based on available premises. Most of them involve hidden roles and perhaps even hidden team or hidden traitor mechanisms, but usually they all require some amount of bluffing.”
New to gaming or need something different to play? Be sure to check out the library’s new Modern Board Game collection. Patrons 13 and older can check out up to two games on their library card for up to two weeks. There is a diverse selection of award-winning games to try out!
