Body Found In Beaver Dam River

Beaver Dam Police are investigating a death after two kayakers found a body in the Beaver Dam River Saturday afternoon. The body was found in the area of South Cooper Street north of Highway 151. Police did not release information about the gender or identity of the person whose body was found so family members could be notified. Anyone with information is asked to contact Beaver Dam Police at 920-887-4612. Dodge County Dispatch received a 911 call about a body being found in the waters of the river at 2:11 Saturday afternoon.
