The Campbellsport man who allegedly destroyed a pier on Long Lake with his boat last month has been bound over for trial on his tenth operating while intoxicated charge and negligent operation of a boat. Forty-nine-year-old Timothy Mills recently waived his preliminary hearing in Fond du Lac County court. He was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to the charges stemming from the April 28th incident. After hitting the pier Mills allegedly loaded his boat on a trailer and drove away without reporting the accident. According to state court records Mills last conviction for operating while intoxicated was in Waukesha County in August of 2008.
