3 May 2019 News

The Campbellsport man that allegedly destroyed a pier on Long Lake last weekend by crashing his boat into it has been charged with his tenth operating while intoxicated charge and negligent operation of a boat. Forty-nine-year-old Timothy Mills made his initial appearance in Fond du Lac County court on the charges Thursday morning. Bond was set at $2,500 cash. After hitting the pier last Saturday Mills allegedly loaded his boat on a trailer and drove away without reporting the accident. According to state court records Mills last conviction for operating while intoxicated was in Waukesha County in August of 2008.
