The Fond du Lac teen who pulled a gun in a parking lot at the Fond du Lac high school during a pickup basketball game last May has been sentenced to 42 months of probation. Fond du Lac County Judge Gary Sharpe recently sentenced 19-year-old Julius Freeman Jr. on a second degree recklessly endangering safety charge. The judge also imposed and stayed six months jail time, which can be used at the discretion of Freeman’s probation agent. Four other charges were read into the record and dismissed. Freeman told investigators the gun was a paint ball gun.
