FDL Murder Trial Rescheduled

The six-day jury trial for one of the two men believed to be responsible for the shooting death of a Fond du Lac man has been rescheduled. Twenty-four-year-old Devon Neuman of Fond du Lac was supposed to go to trial starting April 1st on charges stemming from the shooting death of Logan Foster, but the trial has been rescheduled to start on July 29th. Foster was shot to death in the parking lot across from the Press Box Tavern in Fond du Lac early the morning of September 23rd of 2017. Neuman and 24-year-old Jesse Schultz of Fond du Lac were both charged with Foster’s murder. A status conference in Schultz’s case is scheduled for April 15th in Fond du Lac County Court. Foster was robbed of several hundred dollars during the shooting. A friend had sent him the money.
