Fond du Lac County has been recognized for its work to improve local health. It’s received a Wisconsin Healthy Communities Designation. The program is intended to recognize and encourage achievements in health improvement in Wisconsin communities, and to promote cooperation across multiple sectors. County Health Officer Kim Mueller says, “Fond du Lac County is proud to be among the 31 Wisconsin communities that received designations this year.” A Healthy Communities Designation sign will be installed at the Fond du City/County Government Center.
