FDL Teen Charged With Attempting To Kill His Stepfather

Bond was set at $400,000 cash for a 19-year-old Fond du Lac man suspected of beating his 73-year-old stepfather with a tire iron. Ryan Robison made his initial appearance in Fond du Lac County court Thursday on six felony charges including attempted first degree intentional homicide for the incident at the Evergreen Village Apartments Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say Gary Bloedorn suffered severe head injuries. In addition part of a finger was severed in the attack. Flight for Life flew him to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah where he is in critical condition. Robison was arrested later in the car he allegedly stole from Bloedorn. A preliminary hearing is scheduled next Friday.
