ARC Contracting Donation Helps Feed Hungry Students

(Representatives from ARC Contracting, Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Wisconsin Herd recently took time to serve lunch to students in the Oshkosh Area School District.)
A $13,000 donation from ARC Contracting to the Oshkosh Area School District will help feed students who currently qualify for reduced-priced meals The company recently embarked on a fundraising campaign to ensure that no area students go through the school day hungry. The fundraiser took place during the ARC Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament in August , with support from the Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau and other local businesses. The fundraising campaign resulted in the donation to the District‘s food service program. Over 41 percent of students in the District qualify for free and reduced-priced school meals.
