Troopers And Doctor Save The Life Of A Man On Interstate 41

8 November 2018 News

State Troopers and a doctor are being credited with saving the life of a man who had a medical issue while a vehicle was traveling on I-41 near Church Road south of Fond du Lac Wednesday morning. A woman flagged down a state trooper. A man in the front passenger seat of a vehicle on the shoulder of the road was unconscious and wasn’t breathing. The trooper pulled the man out of the vehicle and began CPR. Soon a doctor arrived on the scene and helped with rescue breaths. Two Sergeants from the State Patrol arrived and took over CPR. Fond du Lac ambulance then arrived and took the man to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac where he was reported to be conscious and receiving additional treatment.
