2/4/25 Amber Alert Issued for Beaver Dam Girl

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old Beaver Dam girl. The alert for Sophia Martha Franklin was issued just after 8 o’clock Monday evening. She was last seen at her residence at 406 Beaver Street in Beaver Dam at 9 pm Sunday night. She is believed to have left at approximately 7:48 Monday morning.
She is believed to be traveling with Gary Day. Sophia is three months pregnant, and Gary is known to be the father of her unborn child. There is a no contact order for Sophia and Day. Day drives a 2014 Black Buick Lacrosse with Arkansas license plate BBR 20L. The vehicle has some damage to it. Sophia is white, 5 foot 9 inches tall, weighs 186 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. Day is 40 years old, white, 5 foot 7 inches tall, and weighs 165 pounds. He has blonde hair and green eyes. It is suspected they were heading south.
