Names Released In Outagamie County Multi-Injury Accident

The State Patrol has released the names of those injured in a rollover accident near Kimberly on I-41 Tuesday morning. Twenty-eight-year-old Jeremiah Pavlowich of Appleton was driving a 2002 Ford Explorer when he lost control and rolled the SUV over into the south ditch south of State Highway 441 in Outagamie County. He and four passengers were taken to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah. Pavlowich suffered life-threatening injuries. The others; 22-year-old Melanie Loper of Neenah, 25-year-old Kyle Amundson of Neenah, 40-year-old Kirsten Mertens of Larsen, and a 17-year-old boy from St. Nazianz suffered non-life threatening injuries. Pavlowich was subsequently charged with suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence causing injury and operating a motor vehicle after revocation alcohol related.
