10/30/24 Eldorado Woman Injured in FDL County Crash

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say an 82-year-old Eldorado woman was seriously injured when the vehicle she was driving went off a road in the Town of Eldorado last night. A 911 call reported the crash on Ridge Road at Lincoln Road at 7:30 pm. Sheriff’s deputies, Eldorado Fire Department and First Responders and North Fond du Lac Ambulance responded. Investigators learned the vehicle was heading west on Lincoln Road and failed to stop at the stop sign on Lincoln Road at Ridge Road. Her vehicle went into a ditch, struck an embankment, and cart wheeled landing on the driver’s side. She was wearing her seatbelt and had to be extricated from the vehicle. She was taken to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. Failing to stop at a stop sign is a factor in the crash.
