10/19/24 Two Injured in Dodge County Accident

Dodge County Sheriff’s officials tell us two people were seriously injured when a passenger car went off State Highway 33 near Ireland Road south of Fox Lake Friday morning. The driver, a juvenile girl, and a man that was a passenger both ended up at trauma centers. An infant in a car seat did not appear to be injured but was taken to a hospital as a precaution. The initial investigation revealed the car was heading north on State Highway 33. It drifted onto the right shoulder, back onto the roadway, and then spun off the road to the right, striking an embankment. A witness reported the accident shortly before nine o’clock Friday morning.
