9/20/24 Christine Gordon Running for State Assembly

20 September 2024 News

Christine Gordon of Neshkoro says she got into education to make a difference in lives. She taught at every level including the university level. Now retired she decided she wants to continue to make a difference in other peoples’ lives and is running as a Democratic candidate for the 39th State Assembly seat. Of course education will continue to be a priority for her if she is elected. Other issues she says are important especially for residents of rural Wisconsin are natural resources, infrastructure, broadband, and the availability of health care. She says her opponent in the election, Republican Alex Dallman, is more aligned with the Republican national agenda. Gordon says her focus would be on the residents of the 39th State Assembly District. Gordon is married to Mark Johnson, is the mother of two adult daughters and one adult son, and is grandmother to a teenage girl. You can learn more about her at Gordon for Wisconsin.com.
