GREEN LAKE, WI, — If your kid enjoys food or learning fun skills, this new class at Town Square is just for them! The Kids Cooking Class will take place on May 9 from 3:30 – 5:30 pm at Town Square Community Center located at 492 Hill St in downtown Green Lake.
The Kids Cooking Class will be facilitated by Kathy McCarthy of Mill Street Haven Cooking School. Kids ages 8-13 are invited to an afternoon of crafts, cooking, and etiquette. Kids will enjoy a snack and make a fun craft activity, followed by learning food preparation, table manners, and food presentation. The evening will conclude with the kids enjoying the food they have prepared during the class.
“I’m really excited to see more kids programming options in Green Lake,” Rachel Nitz, owner of Adam’s Rib stated. “What a great way to get kids involved and learning new skills.”
