Update On Middleton Shooting

An employee of a Middleton software company went to work Wednesday morning heavily-armed and opened fire on fellow employees wounding four. Police responded to the active shooter call at WTS Paradigm in less than 10 minutes and two Middleton police officers and two Dane County Sheriff’s deputies shot at the suspect who was taken to UW Hospital where he died. Three of the company’s employees were taken to hospitals in the Madison area. Two were in serious condition and a third was in critical condition. A fourth employee was grazed by a bullet.
