Dodge County Sheriff’s officials Saturday warned residents about a bull that escaped from the Milwaukee Stockyards near State Highway 16/60 and County Highway J Friday afternoon. The area is somewhat between Reeseville and Lowell, and east of the Columbus area in southwest Dodge County. The bull was described as “dangerous” and “not friendly” and that it will charge at people. Residents, hunters and those driving through the area, especially driving at night, should use caution when in that general area. No sightings have been reported to Sheriff’s officials since its escape. Anyone who sees the bull is urged to contact the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office immediately with as detailed a location as possible.
