11/6/23 Weyauwega Man Killed in Waushara County Traffic Accident

Waushara County Sheriff’s officials say a 28-year-old Weyauwega man was killed in a one vehicle crash on 15th Road south of County Highway A in the Town of Rose last Thursday morning. Sheriff’s deputies, Wild Rose Fire and Rescue and Waushara County EMS were dispatched to the scene at 9:16 that morning. Sheriff Wally Zuehlke says when responders arrived it appeared Samuel Kemper was heading south in his vehicle when it left the roadway and struck several trees. The Waushara County Medical Examiner pronounced Kemper dead at the scene.
