Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin remains in crtitical condition after suffering cardiac arrest during Monday night’s game at Cincinnati against the Bengals. Hamlin’s uncle, Dorrian Glenn, told NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe on Tuesday night that Hamlin remains sedated on a ventilator.

Hamlin went down after making a tackle of Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins.  CPR was administered on the field and Hamilin received oxygen on the field before he was placed in an ambulance and taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

In a statement Tuesday  the NFL said the game will not be resumed this week and that no decision has been made regarding playing the remainder of it at a later date.

After having Tuesday off the Packers are back on the practice field today getting ready for Sunday night’s prime time game against the Lions at Lambeau Field.  Both teams are 8-8 and the Packers need a win to clinch  a Wild Card spot. Green Bay is coming off an impressive 41-17 home-win over the Vikings.  The Packers have a four-game winning streak.

Steven Crowl scored 17 points, Chucky Hepburn had 16 and No. 14 Wisconsin held off Minnesota, 63-60, for its sixth straight win Tuesday night.  Connor Essegian scored 11 points off the bench for the Badgers (11-2, 3-0 Big Ten), who have won 14 of 16 games against Minnesota.

The Badgers struggled with Minnesota’s full-court press in the final 38 seconds, and Hepburn turned the ball over at midcourt.

Ta’Lon Cooper hit a layup with 27 seconds to go for the Gophers to trim Wisconsin’s lead to 63-60.

Hepburn’s fifth steal of the game came with 1 second left. He swatted the ball from Cooper and sealed the Badgers victory.

Cooper scored a team-high 16 points for the Gophers (6-7, 0-3), who were playing their first game in 12 days after a Dec. 29 cancellation.  Dawson Garcia scored 14 points and Jamison Battle had 13 for Minnesota, which had 20 turnovers.

The teams swapped the lead six times in the first half.  Wisconsin is at Illinois on Saturday.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored a career-high 55 points in a return from a one-game absence and the Milwaukee Bucks beat Washington 123-113 on Tuesday night, snapping the Wizards’ five-game winning streak.  Antetokounmpo has scored at least 40 points in three straight games for the first time in his career. The two-time MVP sat out a 118-95 loss to the Wizards on Sunday because of a sore left knee.

The only other Bucks to score at least 40 points in three straight appearances are Flynn Robinson in February 1969 and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in February 1972.

Antetokounmpo also had 10 rebounds and seven assists, giving him at least 40 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in his last three games. The only other players in NBA history to have three straight performances of 40 points, 10 rebounds and five assists are Elgin Baylor in 1961 and 1963, Wilt Chamberlain in 1963 and Russell Westbrook in 2016.

Brook Lopez added 21 points and 12 rebounds for the Bucks, and Bobby Portis had 17 points and 13 rebounds.  The Bucks play at Toronto Wednesday night.
