A 61-year-old Van Dyne woman is facing OWI causing injury and knowingly operating while revoked causing death charges for running over a 58-year-old Van Dyne man. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say deputies, Eldorado First Responders and Fire Department, and North Fond du Lac ambulance were dispatched just after 12:30 Thursday afternoon for an injured man lying on Korth Road near Ridge Road in the Town of Eldorado. The man had serious injuries and despite life-saving measures died at the scene. A subsequent investigation determined the woman had run over the victim with her vehicle. Names were not released.
