Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services says 2,230 new cases of COVID-19 were reported over the weekend. That’s the lowest weekend total since last August 9th. The DHS says 443 cases were reported on Monday. Fifteen (15) deaths and 83 hospitalizations were also reported across the state for the weekend. The Wisconsin Hospital Association Monday reported 689 COVID-19 patients in hospitals across the state with 138 in intensive care units.
Winnebago County reported 56 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend. Fifty-one (51) new cases were recorded in Fond du Lac County and Dodge County had 25 new cases. Green Lake County had 9 new cases, Waupaca County had 19 new cases, and Waushara County reported 3 new cases of the coronavirus.
