He has been a special teams coach for the Raiders, Dallas Cowboys, San Diego Chargers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Bisaccia went 7-5 as interim head coach after Jon Gruden was fired last fall. The Packers are looking for a replacement for Maurice Drayton, who was fired over the weekend. The Packers’ yearlong issues with special teams came to a head in the playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
