Two Seriously Injured In Dodge County Traffic Accident

20 November 2021 News

Two Reeseville residents were seriously injured Friday afternoon when their pickup truck collided with a farm tractor on Welsh Road in Dodge County about 3 miles north of Watertown. Sheriff’s officials say the truck was heading south on Welsh Road near Five Mile Road when a tractor entered the road from a private driveway and the vehicles collided. The pickup truck rolled over into a ditch. A helicopter flew the 42-year-old Reeseville man driving the pickup to a hospital. His passenger, a 40-year-old woman was taken by ambulance to a hospital. Both suffered serious injuries. The 62-year-old rural Watertown man operating the tractor suffered minor injuries, but wasn’t transported.
