Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services says over the past 12 days nearly 53,000 people have gotten vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, but that number also includes people from outside of the state who work in Wisconsin.  Counting just Wisconsin residents since November 5th the number of people who received shots that hadn’t been vaccinated before was 26,373 people and another 16,890 completed their series of shots. As for new cases of COVID-19 reported Thursday there were 3,604 with 20 more deaths and 173 hospitalizations.

Winnebago County reported 122 new COVID-19 cases Thursday moving past the 25,000 total case mark to 25,029. Fifty-three (53) new cases were recorded in Fond du Lac County and Dodge County had 63 new cases. Green Lake County had 14 new cases, Waupaca County had 34 new cases, and Waushara County had 19 new cases of the coronavirus and 1 death.
