GREEN LAKE, WI — American Legion Post 306 is hosting a special Veterans Day program on Mill Pond Terrace at Town Square on Thursday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m.

“Honoring the heroes in our community is an important part of Veterans Day and Town Square is humbled to be the venue for this event,” said Fran Hill, executive director of Town Square. “Attendees will be able to pay their respects to our veterans and honor their incredible service to our country.”

Art Claggett, Commander of American Legion Willis Chapel Post 306, will lead the program and Chuck Hardesty of American Legion Post 306 will give the Veterans Day address. The event will also feature special performances by the Green Lake High School choir and Green Lake Middle and High School band, and the 21-gun salute.

In the event of rain, the program will be abbreviated without live music and moved to the American Legion at 518 Water Street.
