Fire Damages FDL Restaurant

Fond du Lac firefighters responded to a fire Sunday night at the A Family Affair Soulfood Kitchen. Fire damaged the inside of the restaurant at 417 South Main Street. Fond du Lac Fire and Rescue responded to call for a report of a burning smell. Smoke was coming from the roof of the restaurant when fire crews arrived. The blaze was quickly put out, but the restaurant will be closed until further notice. No one was injured during the fire. (Fond du Lac Fire and Rescue photo)
