Ripon Man Killed In Dodge County Accident

Sheriff’s officials have identified the victims of a fatal accident at the intersection of Dodge County Highway C and Jersey Road in the Town of Trenton Sunday evening. Thirty-five-year-old Armando DeJesus of Ripon was heading north on Jersey Road in his Chevy Malibu and failed to stop at a stop sign. His car was struck on the driver’s side by a Jeep Cherokee which was eastbound on County Highway C. DeJesus died at the scene and a passenger, 51-year-old Eliseo Rivera Rivera also of Ripon, was flown to the UW Hospital in Madison. The driver of the SUV was taken to Waupun Memorial Hospital. That driver was not identified.
