State Health officials say 232 or 6.3 percent of the 3,645 test results for new COVID-19 cases came back positive Sunday. There were new cases in 63 of the state’s 72 counties. No new deaths were reported leaving the death toll since the pandemic began at 6,958 people. The Wisconsin Hospital Associate reported 323 coronavirus patients in the state’s 136 hospitals with 75 of those people in intensive care units.
Winnebago County reported 10 new COVID-19 cases Sunday. No new cases were reported in Fond du Lac County and there was 1 new case in Dodge County. Green Lake, Waupaca and Waushara counties each had 1 new case and no new cases were reported in Marquette County.
