Fatal UTV Accident In Dodge County

A 60-year-old man was killed in a UTV rollover accident northeast of Watertown late Saturday night. Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say the UTV was heading north on Monroe Road in the Town of Lebanon when it left the road on the right shoulder and overturned in a marshy ditch. The driver was ejected from the UTV. He was not wearing a seatbelt or helmet, and alcohol use was believed to be a factor in the accident. A dog was a passenger, but wasn’t hurt and was released to family. The road the UTV was operating on was open to ATV and UTV use.
