West Allis Man Charged In Columbia County Murder

Bond was set at $2 million cash Wednesday for a 43-year-old West Allis man suspected in the shooting death of Keith Wolf who was killed in his Town of Leeds home in September of 2019. Jason Allen Kijewski made his initial appearance in Columbia County court on first degree intentional homicide and burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon charges. The 35-year-old Wolf was killed on September 27th of 2019 while investigating noises in his basement. According to the criminal complaint Kijewski admitted during a February 25th interview with investigators that he shot Wolf and during the execution of a search warrant at his residence that same day the handgun used to shoot Wolf was recovered. Kijewski allegedly admitted he didn’t plan to kill Wolf, but needed money and had to rob someone. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23rd.
