Wojciechowski Runs For State Senate

2 November 2020 News

State Senate candidate Aaron Wojciechowski is hoping to take a working class approach to the State Capitol if he is elected. That’s because he comes from a working class family. At 23-years-old the Oshkosh man is one of the younger candidates running for state office, but he’s already served two terms on the Winnebago County Board. He says that and his studies in Political Science and Economics while attending the UW-Oshkosh give him some perspective. “You know I’m running for this position because I care about these issues and these challenges that are facing us and we have a legislature that has not worked for over 200 days. I think it is time for someone new to jump into this office.” Wojciechowski is running for the 18th State Senate District seat. Some of his priorities include education, making health care more affordable and accessible, protecting the waters of Lake Winnebago, and Criminal Justice reform.
