The library has eclipse viewing glasses, and they will be available that day at the event. There will also be cards to create a pinhole viewer. Please bring your own chairs and refreshments. While the eclipse will not be total in our area, we will have about 81% coverage, which is still significant, and is a lot of fun to watch.
The Patterson Memorial Library Eclipse Viewing Event will be held from 10:30am until about 2:45pm on the Wild Rose High School Baseball Field. Eclipse viewing glasses will be given for free, thanks to a generous donation from the Friends of the Patterson Memorial Library. Parking will be available at the Wild Rose Elementary school. Please bring your own chairs and refreshments.
The Wild Rose High School Baseball field is located at the corner of Euclid Avenue and Mt Morris Road, east of the Wild Rose high school and football field. For more information, please call the Patterson Memorial library at 920-622-3835.
